The Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) Vascular Laboratory provides you with a full range of noninvasive diagnostic services for all vascular conditions. Your vascular specialist may order screening tests to help diagnose a vein condition, plan your treatment or see how your treatment is working.

We are proud to hold accreditation from the Intersocietal Commission for Accreditation (ICA). The accreditation shows our full commitment to your care.

• The lab has shown its attention to a high level of patient care and quality testing.
• The laboratory meets or exceeds standards for ICA Vascular Laboratories (ICAVL) for noninvasive vascular testing of the following conditions:

Our Vascular Services

Trained and credentialed vascular technologists perform all vascular tests at BIDMC.

We offer these services:

• Aortic aneurysm screening
• Cardiac perfusion scan

Depending on the findings of your vascular testing, your care team may recommend other screening and tests:

• Cardiac imaging and monitoring
• Cardiovascular genetic testing

Vascular Testing Locations

In most cases, you will have testing on the BIDMC's West Campus. We will confirm the location of your test when you schedule.
