Your Patient Portal
If you’re a patient at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), you can easily access your health and medical records 24/7 through MyBILH Chart. This is Beth Israel Lahey Health's (BILH) free and secure patient portal to support your health care.
With a MyBILH Chart account you can:
- Message with your doctor’s office and care team.
- Review test results.
- View your provider’s notes and visit summaries.
- Access your medical records.
- Manage your appointments.
- Request prescription refills.
- Pay your bill.
- Complete check in before your appointment.

Register for MyBILH Chart
If you already have a My Lahey Chart, you do not have to register for a new account. Simply log in to MyBILH Chart using your existing My Lahey Chart login information.
All other users can sign-up for a MyBILH Chart account. You may have received a unique activation code in one of these ways:
- During an in-person office visit with a primary or specialty care provider.
- Printed on your after-visit summary.
- Printed on your billing statement.
You can use that code to create your account. If you do not have an activation code, you can follow the instructions on the website to sign up without one.
PatientSite Users
As of July 8, 2025, PatientSite has been retired and is no longer accessible. BIDMC patients can find records for visits that took place after January 1, 2019, in MyBILH Chart. For records that are not available in MyBILH Chart (for visits prior to 2019), please contact our Medical Records team at 617-667-3710.
