About BIDMC’s West Campus
Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center’s (BIDMC) West Campus is composed of a network of interconnected buildings, where several of our advanced clinical care services are housed.
If you need directions to BIDMC West Campus, or help finding your way during your visit, please call 617-667-3000. You may also visit any of our main lobby information desks for assistance from a service ambassador.
At BIDMC, we offer numerous amenities for patients, visitors and family members, including nutritious dining options, fully stocked gift shop and spiritual care services at the Dooley Chapel. ATM services supplied by Alpha Credit Union are located in Farr building basement, near the cafeteria (West Campus).
Main Building Entrances and Lobby Information Desks

At the Rosenberg Building (RB) Lobby information desk, ask for directions to the Sky Bridge (Sk) (connecting the Farr Complex, Klarman Building and Rosenberg Building).
The silver tunnel and bronze tunnel connect the West campus to the Lowry Medical Office Building.

Transportation & Parking
Free Inter-Campus Shuttle
A free, wheelchair accessible shuttle service runs in a continuous 20-minute loop between the East and West campuses from Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm. Handicap accessible shuttle vehicle is available

- Farr Building entrance on the West Campus access via 1 Deaconess Road
- Klarman Building entrance on the West Campus at 111 Francis Street (On Demand only)
- Lowry Building entrance on the West Campus at 110 Francis Street (On Demand only)
- Rosenberg Building entrance on the West Campus at 1 Deaconess Road
Valet Parking
For your convenience, valet parking is available on the West Campus in front of the Rosenberg Building on Deaconess Road and the Klarman Building on Francis Street.Multi-Day Parking Passes
To purchase vouchers, please visit the Commuter Services office located on Kirstein Building, level 2. Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. Friday 7:30 am – 3:00 pm.
