About BIDMC's East Campus
Composed of numerous interconnected buildings, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center's (BIDMC) East Campus houses several of our compassionate clinical care services.
If you need directions to BIDMC East Campus, or help finding your way during your visit, please call 617-667-3000. You may also visit any of our main lobby information desks for assistance from a service ambassador.
We offer numerous amenities for patients, visitors and family members, including nutritious dining options, fully stocked gift shop and spiritual care services at the Wolfson Chapel. ATM services provided by Bank of America can be found in the Shapiro Clinical Center lobby or Feldberg 2nd floor on the blue corridor.
Main Building Entrances and Lobby Information Desks
Building entrances are labeled on our campus map. There are two main entrances to the East Campus:
- Feldberg Building at 330 Brookline Avenue, Boston, MA
- Shapiro Clinical Center Building at 98 Binney Street, Boston, MA
Once inside, all patient care areas can be reached without having to exit the building via the Blue Corridor on the second floor.

Transportation & Parking
Free Inter-Campus Shuttle
A free, wheelchair accessible shuttle service runs in a continuous 20-minute loop between the East and West campuses from Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm. Handicap accessible shuttle vehicle is available

Valet Parking
For your convenience, valet parking is available on the East Campus at the Binney Street entrance. A handicap issued placard is required for this service.
Multi-Day Parking Pass
To purchase vouchers, please visit the Commuter Services office located on Kirstein Building, level 2. Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. Friday 7:30 am – 3:00 pm.
