Personalized Psychiatry for Your Daily Life
At Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), we offer outpatient psychiatry services to support your mental health. Outpatient psychiatric services (also known as ambulatory or daytime psychiatric services) allow you to receive care without needing to stay overnight in a hospital. This flexibility helps you maintain your daily routine while getting the help you need.

Our Digital Psychiatry Clinic uses technology to support cognitive behavioral therapy. Through the mindLAMP app, we provide accessible and effective treatment.
This treatment combines virtual therapy visits with a skill reinforcement app to use in between sessions. Designed at BIDMC, the mindLAMP app teaches you about how your environment, behaviors, emotions and thoughts impact your symptoms. We work collaboratively with you to personalize the focus of treatment based on insights gained by digital data. Skills learned during therapy sessions are then reinforced at home through app-based exercises.
