Career Support for Faculty
The Center for Career Development (CCD) was established to support the faculty at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in the Harvard Medical School promotion process, provide academic career counseling and advice.
BIDMC resources to support the career advancement of our faculty members include continuing education and professional development, BIDMC Academy, Teaching Consultation Service and more.
The Center for Career Development aims to maximize the academic career potential of all clinicians, educators and researchers (including post-doctoral fellows) affiliated with BIDMC. The CCD also liaises with the HMS Office for Faculty Affairs, Harvard Catalyst and Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP).
