About the Office of Student Engagement and Experience
At Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), student experience is central to our mission and values.
Cultivating the next generation of health care professionals and researchers is a cornerstone of BIDMC’s strategic vision. As a leading center for basic, clinical and translational research, BIDMC relies on students to help drive innovation and discovery. The Office of Student Engagement and Experience (OSEE), part of the Office of the Chief Academic Officer, is committed to supporting students engaged in research, as well as the Departments and Principal Investigators who mentor them.
Our team is here to ensure that every research student, Principal Investigator and staff member has an outstanding experience and can fully benefit from everything BIDMC has to offer.
The OSEE also manages recruitment and onboarding processes, and actively builds partnerships with academic institutions and internship programs to foster valuable connections.
