Endocrine Surgery
Our endocrine surgery team at BIDMC offers state-of-the-art treatment options for a variety of conditions affecting the thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal glands.
Since endocrine surgery is very precise, it should be done by experienced surgeons who have performed a high volume of these surgeries. Our endocrine surgeons, who are on the faculty of Harvard Medical School, are experts in their field, perform hundreds of endocrine surgeries each year, and are fellowship trained in endocrine surgery.
Education & Training
The Division of General Surgery educates and trains surgeons in our General Surgery Residency to ensure a continued future of innovative and compassionate caregivers.
