We offer specialty patient navigator programs which include assistance for non-English speaking patients.
What is a Cancer Patient Navigator?
Your cancer patient navigator is a compassionate guide who serves as a trusted source of information. Through support and advocacy, our goal is to ensure that you receive the most advanced cancer care from our dedicated team of medical providers.
Patient navigators have undergone extensive training to understand how to best support people with cancer and their families. They are expert, compassionate professionals who are here to support you.
We provide these and other services:
- Assisting with financial support for those without health insurance or limited benefits
- Connecting you with supportive care and survivorship resources, including mental health services
- Coordinating your follow-up care
- Guiding you through the health care system
- Helping you arrange treatment services
- Providing information and referrals to community resources and services
