Sadhguru Center Professional Development & Continuing Education
Furthering Our Understanding of Consciousness and Cognition
The Sadhguru Center for a Conscious Planet brings together experts across multiple disciplines — that include health care practitioners, contemplative scholars, experts in neuroscience and consciousness, and the public — to discuss and further our understanding of consciousness and cognition.
The Center will hold annual conferences to share its work with others and explore new ideas. Additional online events will provide a forum for discussions between contemplative scholars and experts in medicine and science. Workshops will be developed to provide support and strategies to cope with stress for patients' and their families. The effort will include training medical providers in offering patients meditative approaches to improve their physical and emotional states during critical illness, surgical procedures, and in their daily lives.
