Childbirth Virtual Class

Virtual Childbirth Education Classes

For those unable to attend our in-person Birth and Infant Care class, we offer a virtual option. As classes are live, participants are free to ask questions and receive answers in real time.

This is a comprehensive four-hour course taught by our childbirth educators. It is designed to prepare new parents for their upcoming labor and delivery and give them the skills needed to care for their new baby after bringing them home from the hospital.

We cover a wide variety of birth and infant care topics, including:

• Stages of labor and when to call the doctor
• Comfort strategies
• What to expect postpartum
• When to call your OB, where to go and what to expect
