Vascular Biology Research
The Center for Vascular Biology Research (CVBR) is a community of scientists that studies the structure and function of the cells that comprise the vasculature.
BIDMC's Center for Vascular Biology Research endeavors to transcend traditional organ-specific approaches to vascular health and disease. We bring together scientists and clinicians from diverse fields with the goal of formulating and applying interdisciplinary methods to the study of vascular biology and biomedical processes. Our research covers a broad spectrum of areas including angiogenesis, atherothrombosis, inflammation, and a range of related diseases.
