Neurology Fellowship
The Department of Neurology, with its many subspecialties, provides services to large numbers of individuals with a variety of complex neurological disorders. We are always striving for better patient care and we believe that new treatments will come from discoveries in the lab and from clinical research.
Translational research forms a large part of our teaching to residents and fellows and there is a wonderful collaboration between laboratories both in our department and with labs at Harvard and MIT.
Fellowship is a time for a trainee to dedicate a significant portion of time to basic science research, clinical research or learning subspecialty clinical skills in neuromuscular disease, vascular neurology, epilepsy and cognitive neurology.
Our fellowship programs are robust, with a faculty dedicated to fostering your research and clinical skills.
