Supportive Guidance for First-Time Parents
We are proud to offer, Tiny Humans, Big Changes class for first-time parents with a newborn ages 0–14 weeks. We’ll discuss topics such as:
- Feeding
- Sleep
- Soothing
- Recovery
- Emotional adjustment
- Building confidence in your new role
Because while your baby may be tiny, the transition into parenthood is anything but small, and you don’t have to do it alone.
This class is offered in-person at the BIDMC hospital campus at 330 Brookline Avenue in Boston.
