The Lupus Center of Excellence at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is committed to providing comprehensive, high quality, state of the art, prompt care to patients with lupus. Because lupus affects so many organ systems and our patients need attention from physicians who specialize in other fields of medicine, we have recruited the expert help of neurologists, dermatologists, nephrologists, cardiologists, gastroenterologists, gynecologists/obstetricians and nephropathologists who will stand by to help as needed.

All members of our Lupus Center of Excellence meet once every other month to discuss the treatment of the most challenging patients.
