Each year BIDMC's Silverman Institute for Health Care Quality and Safety invites staff from the BID system and our affiliates to showcase their improvement work at the Silverman Symposium. In both paper poster and e-poster displays, this poster session offers everyone the opportunity to share experiences and learn about efforts to improve Quality and Safety.

One cannot help but be impressed with the variety of problems, approaches, and solutions represented by these project summaries showcasing the quality improvement work that occurs by all employees each and every day.
