The "We Promise…" program is part of our efforts to ensure that you and your loved ones receive the care each of us would like our own loved ones to receive, and ensure that we meet your expectations in responding to basic care needs.
Our commitment, or "Promise," is for nursing staff to see every patient every hour, to attend to their bathroom and hygiene needs, and to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
