The Division of Neuroradiology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) interprets medical images of the brain, spinal cord, head and neck, and vascular system to diagnose and treat injury and disease. Our highly experienced practice performs approximately 60,000 imaging studies in Boston and at our community sites annually. We also work closely with the Departments of Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Neuropathy at BIDMC to deliver the best service and care to our patients. Our Services

Our team of expert neuroradiologists provides interpretation of the full range of CT and MRI exams of the brain and spine, including functional MRI of the brain, CT angiography of the head and neck, as well as ENT- and ophthalmology-related CT and MRI head and neck imaging. We also perform diagnostic, image-guided procedures (e.g., lumbar puncture and myelography).

Research and Education

In addition to providing our patients advanced clinical care, we are dedicated to developing innovative neuroimaging techniques to further the management of neurological disorders and train our future neuroradiologists.
