Urgent Appointments

If you have an emergency medical issue, please go to the emergency room or call 911. However, if you require same day medical attention that is not an emergency, please call our main number at 617-754-0100 during operating hours and you will be given an appointment with your provider (if available) or the next available provider. 

Open Access

On any given day that you call us, we will try to give you an appointment with your doctor that same day or the next day, regardless of why you are calling. If we are unable to give you an appointment with your doctor, we will offer you an appointment with another doctor. We will try to do the same for new patients too.

After Hours

If you have an urgent medical question after the clinic is closed, you may call 617-754-0100 24 hours a day and we will reach a doctor for you. 

If you have a medical emergency, please call 911.
