ASGE Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship Match Applicants

The Center for Advanced Endoscopy at BIDMC offers two clinical fellowship positions and accepts applications through the ASGE match platform.

BIDMC Requirements include the below (to be submitted through ASGE website):

  • ASGE Application
  • Post-Undergraduate Education
  • USMLE Scores (all steps must be completed and passed before an interview will be extended)
  • Certification of Completion of Residency
  • Prior to appointment in the advanced endoscopy fellowship, fellows should have completed a three-year ACGME-accredited gastroenterology fellowship
  • Fellows from non-ACGME-accredited programs must have completed at least three years of gastroenterology education prior to starting the fellowship
  • Personal Statement
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • 3 Letters of Reference

International Applicants

One additional fellowship position is available for a very highly qualified international candidate for a 12 month clinical fellowship in advanced endoscopy at BIDMC and Harvard Medical School.

Prior international trainees have been recruited from leading medical centers in Argentina, Israel, Ireland, Spain, Greece, France, Saudi Arabia, Canada, and Australia.
