Meet Our Team

Every effort is made to ensure timely reporting of consultation cases. However, given the difficult or complex nature and the need for adjunctive studies in some cases, reaching a final diagnosis may take over 48 hours.

We provide reporting of results by fax.

Step 2: Mail Forms with Materials

Mail the completed Consultation form, Payment Authorization form, and pathology report with slides and/or blocks to:

We strongly suggest sending completed forms and materials via courier or express mail, with signature or receipt required.

The Surgical Pathology Consultation Service also provides consultation services to facilities and physicians located outside of the Unites States. In addition to the above instructions, we do require the pathology report be in English. A rough translation by the pathologist requesting the consultation is acceptable. Please also make sure to include an email address for easier communication.
