Healthcare Associates offers an HIV program within its adult primary care practice for those patients who are HIV-positive. Comprehensive and coordinated care is provided by a multidisciplinary team consisting of:

• Primary care providers
• Infectious disease specialists
• Nurse practitioners
• Psychiatrists
• Clinical social workers
• HIV case managers
• Cardiologists

Initial Appointment

During the initial appointment, you will have a complete assessment by a primary care physician, infectious disease specialist, and an HIV case manager. At this appointment, you will also be referred for any necessary specialist care.
