Although our pilot OnDemand program has been suspended, we offer an extensive in-person urgent care network for your convenience.
The BIDMC OnDemand virtual urgent care pilot program has ended, but we remain committed to providing you with the best, most convenient care possible.
Through November 28, 2021, you'll still be able to access your past OnDemand visit summaries by computer or through the program's mobile application. After that, you can access all of your patient information, including your complete medical records, through BIDMC's Health Information Management.
