BIDMC's Brenda O'Brien Receives Red Sox Recognition

The Boston Red Sox are pleased to welcome Brenda O’Brien MT (ASCP), lead medical technologist in the Hematology Lab at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), as a Medical All-Star.

Brenda has worked at BIDMC for over twenty years and is lauded by her colleagues for her consistency over that time, providing knowledge, reliability and support to her team in one of Boston’s world-class hematology labs. Her depth of experience has played a vital role in shaping the lab into what it is today. Brenda seamlessly manages multiple areas of the lab while serving as a key liaison between the pathologists and bench technologists at BIDMC.
