Heather Jacene, MD, Named Red Sox Medical All-Star

The Boston Red Sox honored Dr. Heather Jacene, chief of molecular imaging and theranostics at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) and Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians, as our Medical All-Star.

A prominent nuclear medicine physician, Dr. Jacene teaches at Harvard Medical School and serves as president of the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging. Throughout her career, including roles at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and other leading cancer institutions, Dr. Jacene has had a profound impact on the next generation of radiologists and nuclear medicine physicians.

In her role at BIDMC, Dr. Jacene helps to ensure that Boston continues to be a global leader in cancer care. Thank you, Dr. Jacene, for everything you do for cancer patients in Boston and around the globe!
