Social Work Medical Education

The Department of Social Work maintains an active commitment to the professional development of our staff. The department sponsors several forums for ongoing education including Grand Rounds and continuing education programs.

The department is also committed to training and educating students who are pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees in social work.

In addition, the department sponsors a unique post masters fellowship in Gerontologic Social Work that offers the graduate advanced level specialty skills in working with the elderly.
