About Our Infusion Services

Infusion Services at BIDMC provides intravenous (IV) infusion of medications and blood products, therapeutic phlebotomy (removing blood as part of a medical treatment), and certain medications given by injection.

Your expert care team of registered nurses, practice and medical assistants, and practice representatives will work with you and your doctors to develop a care plan that's right for you, whether you need a single infusion or an ongoing treatment regimen.

For your convenience, we offer infusion services both here at BIDMC and in the community at Needham and Lexington.
