On February 3, 2025, the following medical and surgical specialties relocated to the third (3rd) floor, suite 301:

Our Laboratory, Rehabilitation, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology and Optometry, Sports Medicine, and Radiology services remain on the fourth (4th) floor. Urgent Care and Primary Care remain on the ground level.
