I thought some of you might be interested in this note from AACR (American Association for Cancer Research). Their quarterly magazine, Cancer Today, is always excellent (full disclosure: I regularly write columns for them), and this looks like a wonderful chance to share your experience with others:
Do you want to show the world your life beyond cancer? Inspire a newly diagnosed patient? Now is your chance! We are looking for photos or illustrations from cancer patients, survivors and caregivers living with and beyond cancer for "In the Moment."
Please submit your photos or artwork to Snapshot@CancerTodayMag.org by Wednesday, March 14, and they might use your image in an upcoming issue of Cancer Today.
Please submit a high-resolution image (JPEGs preferred). Include your name and diagnosis, and a brief description of your photo along with your email and phone number.
