Our Maine Cottage

Longer term readers will know that, on occasion, I have written about a cottage in Maine that we bought last year, spent the winter renovating, and have loved this summer. About two weeks ago, the architect called me to ask if he could pitch the story of its transformation to the New York Times. Thinking that this was about as likely as those famous flying pigs (as in, "when pigs fly..."), I said "sure" And it is the lead in today's NYT's Home Section.
