Top 10 things that helped me through breast cancer
1. Love, love, and more love.
2. Hope, hope, and more hope
3. The women in my support group
4. My family and friends
5. Getting enough sleep, even if that means going to bed at 8:00 PM.
6. Regular, mild exercise helps both the body and spirit.
7. A sense of humor and as much laughter as possible.
8. Make-up and learning how to use it—have to know how to draw eyebrows when yours are gone.
9. My dog; dogs are not called "Man's/Woman's best friend" for nothing.
10. Always having something to look forward to: an evening with friends, a weekend away, a visit from a friend.
