This is a reminder about a free teleconference offered by Living Beyond Breast Cancer (www.lbbc.org) with breaking news from the upcoming annual ASCO meeting:
Free teleconference: Breaking News from the 2009 Annual Meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, on June 11, 2009, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
"Dr. William J. Gradishar, of the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center and Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, will provide an overview of the latest findings from the annual meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Learn more about the latest treatment advances for early stage and advanced breast cancer, and get updates on triple-negative breast cancers and bone health. Dr. Gradishar will discuss the impact of breast MRI, the future of hormonal therapy and challenges in sentinel node biopsy research."
Dr. Gradishar will give a brief presentation, followed by a question-and-answer period. To participate, you need only a telephone or computer (listen-only) with the latest version of Real Network Player or Windows Media Player.
