Foundation Relations at BIDMC develops strategic partnerships with local, national and international foundations to meet the goals and interests of these foundations while accomplishing many goals and priorities of the Medical Center, including:
- advancing scientific discovery
- enhancing personalized compassionate care
- building innovative education and training opportunities for faculty/staff
- employing quality and safety initiatives that save lives and vastly improve the patient experience
- developing efficient health care information technology (IT) platforms
- providing community-based accessible and equitable health care
- investing in vital healthcare support programs
- building and renovating state-of-the-art facilities and incorporating leading technology and equipment
