The Institute for Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery, established in 2011, brings together the extensive resources of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center to focus on providing well-coordinated, multidisciplinary, patient- and family-centered care for adults with malignant (cancerous) and benign (non-cancerous) conditions that affect the liver, the biliary system, and the pancreas.
