A Healthy Start

Bowdoin Street Health Center staff kicked off the New Year with a healthy start. The group, “Strategies for Healthy Eating and Weight Management” met on Mondays in January and February during lunch. The group was lead by Bowdoin’s own nutritionist Melissa Moore-Boyle, MS, RD, LDN and averaged about five to eight staff members in attendance each week. Read more about Bowdoin's healthy start

Governor Patrick Visits Bowdoin Street on Dorchester Walkabout

Running for a Cause: The Grateful Nation Marathon Team

On Monday, April 19, 2010 members of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center’s Grateful Nation Marathon Team will be running in the 114th Boston Marathon. As they travel the challenging 26.2 mile course, they will be supporting Healthy Champions at Bowdoin Street Health Center. Read more about our Marathon Team
VIP (Violence Intervention and Prevention)
