The Breast Pathology Consultation Service at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center has expanded and is available for physicians to provide enhanced consultation services for difficult and problematic breast cases.
Expanded Service
Our expanded service features:
- Three internationally recognized experts in breast pathology with decades of combined experience: Stuart J. Schnitt, MD, James L. Connolly, MD and Laura C. Collins, MD
- Two breast pathology fellows
- A Consult Coordinator strictly dedicated to the Breast Pathology Service
- At least a preliminary diagnosis within 24 hours of receipt of the case, in most instances
