The Weight is Over is an
eight-week comprehensive and
educational weight management and weight reduction program. The program incorporates the 4 pillars of weight loss: exercise, nutrition, motivation, and recovery. Going Forward
Designed for Cancer Survivors
Going Forward is an innovative
six-week program that is specifically designed for
cancer survivors. Our program provides participants with the tools necessary to successfully implement a nutrition, exercise and stress management program to improve overall health. Going Forward is led by a registered dietitian and exercise physiologists who will present the most up-to-date scientifically based information, as well as tackle lifestyle and behavioral changes important for cancer survivors.
